Palo Santo is a mystical tree that grows on the coast of South America. The name literally means "Holy Wood" in Spanish and it is related to Frankincense, Myrrh and Copal. It provides an uplifting scent that raises your vibration and eliminates negative vibes. Palo Santo is commonly used as a form of natural incense in spiritual cleansing. How to Use
For Space cleansing, identify the area of negativity. Ignite a small portion of the bundled Palo Santo wood. Fan off the fire and use the smoke to encompass the area or you can start from the door and walk in a clockwise direction covering the perimeters of the room.
For Auric cleansing, breathe in some of the smoke by holding it a few inches away from your face. Smoke the whole body with the burning Palo Santo stick in a clockwise direction. Complete your cleansing with a positive affirmation.
For Crystal cleansing, hold the crystal in your hand and go round the smoke nine times in a clockwise direction. Affirm it with a positive thought or prayer.
