Astrophyllite is a striking stone known for its golden-bronze, star-like blades that radiate across its surface. Its name comes from the Greek words for “star” and “leaf”. It is regarded as a powerful stone of self-discovery, believed to help you recognise your true potential and life purpose. It is said to illuminate the hidden parts of yourself, encouraging you to embrace who you truly are.

Astrophyllite is also valued for its spiritual properties, frequently used in meditation, dreamwork and astral travel. It is believed to heighten intuition and sensitivity, helping its owner to notice signs and synchronicities. It is also said to help you let go of what no longer serves you, opening doors to new experiences and opportunities.

Astrophyllite is believed to support the nervous system and promote cell regeneration, helping the body to restore and rejuvenate itself. It is often used to ease tension and encourage a sense of relaxation and inner peace. Emotionally, it is said to help release self-doubt and old emotional patterns, building self-acceptance and confidence. Many also use it to balance the Solar Plexus and Third Eye Chakras, promoting clarity, inner strength and a deeper connection to one’s intuition.
